The Question is " How is Market Equilibrium determined when market price is lower than equilibrium price and when market price is more than Equilibrium price."
The Answer given by the student is right and deserves 6 marks but the examiner did not like the answer and awarded him Zero marks.
Where does the fault lie. The Examiners/Evaluators are not properly Experienced and sometimes stick to the marking scheme. But in the above case the same answer is given in marking scheme provided to examiners. CBSE has to find a solution for such problems. Only Experienced person should be called for evaluation work .
